## Barter Overhaul This mod overhauls bartering, making piglins actually useful, removing/remapping(for better or worse) some useless trades, making you be able to trade netherite on rare chances, and adding a new weapon to the loot pool, the Ancient Hammer, which I will get to later. (for the full list just check the data folder in the mod by converting it into a zip.) ## Gilded Tomes these tomes allow you to do certain thing under set conditions. | Tome Name | Description | |---------------------|-----------------------| | Burtal Tome | When attacking while holding a Golden Axe in your main hand and the Gilded Tome in your off-hand, gain resistance 1 and strength 1 | | Withering Tome | While holding this Tome, Gain wither for 5 seconds, refreshing each tick you hold it. Additionally, while holding this Tome in your off-hand and using a stone sword, your attacks also grant wither but double the time. | | Immunity Tome | While the Tome is in your offhand it will have a chance to protect you from Death's Mark. Right-clicking grants the Gilded Immunity effectwith a 30 second duration, 3 minute cooldown| | Tracking Tome | used to track players in the same world as you if you have an item with either a contracted soul or attached soul in your main hand | | Cleansing Tome | Used to cure Pending Death, has different Enchants for diferent levels. Beware; Thou Shall Still Haunt (you will be given a curse that gives a debuff to you every time you get hurt [25% chance to proc], scaling depending on what type of pending death was removed) | ## Weapons All Hammers support the custom enchants provided in the content spoiler ### Iron Hammer - Has the Same effiency as a Netherite Pickaxe - Damage is low compared to the other hamers - Serves as an early-mid game weapon/pickaxe before you get your hands on an ancient hammer ### Ancient Hammer - Obtained Via piglin bartering or vilager trading(Expert Weaponsmith). - Attacking pulls mobs to the ground(like knockback but OP Gravity magic), does not apply fall damage to the pull unless they are really high up - Mining magma blocks has a 1% chance to drop an Infernal Scrap - With Torrent, right clicking sends you to the ground, if you are already on the ground, right clicking activates a shockwave and launches everyone within range up into the air, and if you are not sneaking, everyone within range(including you) gets dealt a heart of true damage. ### Hellforged Hammer - Has a 25% chance to Ignite the Target on fire for 20 seconds. - Fiery Aura when holding ### Soulforged Hammer - Obtianed by Smithing the Hellforged Hammer with soul sand - Ignites target on fire for 8 seconds - Has a 25% chance to inflict Weakness for 5 Seconds - Soul Fiery Aura when holding #### Enchant Changes: - Torrent inflicts Levitation 2, Duration is dependant on the opponets health, scaling down when their health is low. - Fortitude becomes double sided. - Knockout increases chance of Weakness (From 25% to 50%). ### Gilded Banisher (Without Ultimate Power) - Can be used with a Brutal Tome - Mining Gilded Blackstone has a 5% chance to drop a Gilded Ingot - Basically a netherite pickaxe with gold effiency - does the Ancient Hammer Slam while sneaking (Torrent Required) - 25% chance to inflict Slowness 2 for a short amount of time - Has a 5% chance to inflict Gilded Stasis for 2 seconds (Sorry not sorry)

Custom Enchants

| Enchant | Description | |---------------------|-----------------------| | Knockout | Has a chance to inflict Blindness when attacking, with the duration scaling according to how high the target's health is. | | Fortitude | When attacking at low health, you gain resistance and slowness. | | Torrent | Launches entities up into the air when attacking. |

## Gilded Brute Armor - Helmet: While Sneaking you are granted Invis - Chesplate: Built-in Thorns III~. (With slightly reduced damage) - Leggings: No extra stuff. - Boots: no extra stuff. - Full set: Strength 1 and Resistance 1 turn into lvl 2 with a 25% duration loss. ## Effects | Effect | Description | |---------------------|-----------------------| | The Echofall Expirence | Name origionates from a server that was really laggy. What this effect does is it randomly halts your momentum, basically simulating lag. | Gilded Stasis | acts like a cobweb but in the form of an effect (yes this is from ethereal enhanced weapony, the old gilded doom used to be on there, im remaking it in here.) Gilded Banishment

### Dealer Scoreboard If your score on this scoreboard is 1, you will have access to everything that requires you to be a Dealer. right clicking the book of gilded banishment gives you a Dealer score of 1. ### Gilded Contract Allows anyone to kill the name of whoever signs this contract (including yourself). This contract also serves as a way for Dealers to grant others and themselfs ultimate power. Sneaking and right clicking cycles thru the grants (with a remove), sprint sneaking applies it to yourself, and hitting someone with a contract applies it to the target. Additonally, the remove function also serves as a cure to pending death, but the downside to getting Ultimate Power + Pending Death is that 1) if you havent signed the contract, it will forcfully sign it, 2) the contract gets the BanBlocked Tag lifted, allowing the contract to ban you with a press of a button. **Non-Dealer users** can only use the keybinds for the contract, they can not use the right click functions (can only use the Contracted Indentifier)

Nerd Version

This is item is the start of basically everything related to the banishment content, this adds a bunch of tags, here is a breakdown of the most important ones: SoulPresent: used as a conditional for other items to check if the contract has a soul stored. PlayerSoul: Stores the player’s soul inside the contract by storing their username. If the displayname is modified then they will be immune to bans, including Soul Destructions, beware. Powergrantability(Linked to your player via scoreboard): Controls what to do whenever you hit someone as a dealer with their signed contract. 0 is nothing, 1 is level 1, 2 is level 2, and 3 is remove, Here is an explanation on how it works using bullet points: First right click gives you a warning that your soul will be controlled by the contract (meaning that whoever has the contract can instant kill you against your will) Second right-click engraves your soul into the contract Right-clicking when there is a soul shows you the username attached to the contract For Dealers only, shift right clicking a signed contract cycles thru the Powergrantabilty tag. Hitting someone with this contract will act according to the power grantability and grant ultimate power, Ultimate Power Remove also has a cure function, only useful if you don't want to get banned for faulty game design. The downside to getting cured is that your contract that you have made, will have the BanBlocked tag lifted, allowing for your soul to be destroyed by the contract.
